Website Development and Service Agreement Acknowledgment

By engaging the services of Tahmidi Digital Marketing, I acknowledge that I am commissioning the creation and setup of a website with the intent of obtaining full control over it upon completion.

I understand that website ownership includes the following ongoing responsibilities:

• Domain Name: An annual fee for domain registration, typically ranging from $5 to $15 per year.

• Website Hosting & Editor Software: Monthly fees for hosting and website editor tools, which generally range from $10 to $25+ per month depending on the selected features.

Upon delivery of my website, I will be provided with login credentials to access my own account. This account will allow me to independently manage and edit the website, as well as directly handle all related monthly and annual payments through the platform used. No further assistance from Tahmidi Digital Marketing will be required unless separately contracted.

I understand that failure to maintain payments for the domain name or hosting services may result in my website becoming temporarily inaccessible until the necessary payments are resolved.

I hereby grant Tahmidi Digital Marketing permission to:

• Purchase the domain name, hosting, and any required add-ons using the credit card information I provide.

• Create any necessary accounts on my behalf to fulfill the service.

• Use their own payment methods if needed to complete purchases related to this project, including the application of any applicable payment processing surcharges.
